Individual and group lessons
Mix and variation of:
Body Sculpt - Toning and modeling for the whole body.
Pilates - Achieve physical and mental strength (stretching of muscles and limbs).
Abs and Glutes Sculpts - A toned silhouette, great for getting back into shape after childbirth.
Cardio Training - Combining dance and sports movements.
Ballet - gym. Introduction to dance - Setting body posture.
Aqua-gym (on request).
Pilates
The coordination between breathing and movement slows things down, maintaining a steady pace, access the body's great reserves of energy.
